Returns and refunds

In the case that the customer is not satisfied, it is possible to return the purchased items within 14 days from receipt.

 

The purchased item must be intact, unopened and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts.

The return shipping costs shall be at the customer’s expense; the return shall be sent to Ulivìs by any shipping method of your choice, but always provided that it is traceable. Shipment, until the receipt in the warehouse is confirmed, is under the full liability of the customer.

 

If the items are damaged during transport, Ulivìs will notify the Customer of the event (within the working day following receipt of the items in its warehouses), to enable him to make a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain a refund of the value of the items (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the Customer, at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal.

 

Ulivìs shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of items returned by non-insured shipments.

 

Once the product arrives at the warehouse, it will be examined to ensure its condition, integrity and any damage not resulting from transport.

The right of withdrawal is totally invalidated, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the items (packaging and/or its content), in cases in which Ulivìs finds:

  • The lack of the original packaging and/or accessories.
  • Damage to the product due to reasons other than transport.

 

Ulivìs will proceed to refund the total amount due, including shipping costs, within 14 days from receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

In case of expiration of the right of withdrawal, Ulivìs will return the purchased items to the Customer, charging him the shipping costs.

 

If you find an anomaly due to transport damage or a production defect, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail, specifying the details of the order, reporting the anomaly and attaching the relevant photographic documentation.
