How to use
To prepare, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet (7 g) in a glass of water (250 ml) and mix well.
Important: after consumption, drink another glass of water.
It is recommended to take 2 sachets in the evening: the first one half an hour before dinner, the second one 2 hours later and one hour and an half before bedtime.
Standard weekly menu
You can eat normally until 5 p.m.
Breakfast: rich and healthy.
Lunch: complete and composed of vegetables + protein (no need to weigh anything), and pasta or rice twice a week (preferably wholemeal).
Afternoon snack: recommended to avoid feeling hungry in the evening.
Here are some suggestions for dinner which are only intended as a hint: they help you understand that dinner should consist of liquid foods or foods with a high water content, such as vegetables or milk (of oats, rice, soya without sugar) or fruit (e.g. 2 cooked apples with 2 dried prunes, cooked together for a few minutes).
Every evening, for 5 evenings a week: half an hour before dinner, take 1 sachet of Snellvis with a 250 ml glass of water. Immediately afterwards drink another glass of water. An hour after dinner, take the second Snellvis sachet with a second glass of water.
Evening 1: vegetable soup (without potatoes or a vegetable centrifuge).
Evening 2: half a litre of oat’s, almond or soya milk.
Evening 3: big salad with vegetables only.
Evening 4: steamed or grilled vegetables (no potatoes).
Evening 5: vegetables as above or fruit of your choice, e.g. 2 apples or 2 pears or 2 bananas (the first fruit as dinner and the second possibly later).
Evening 6: Free.
Evening 7: Free.
Sweeten with honey and spice up with extra virgin olive oil.
It is important to drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
